Shift-left security without slowing delivery

Security checks earn their place when they arrive early, explain themselves and have an owner.

Put findings where developers already look

A finding in the pull request is fixed in minutes. The same finding in a quarterly report becomes a ticket nobody owns. Integrate SAST and dependency scanning into review, not into a separate portal.

Tune before you enforce

Turn new scanners on in report-only mode, remove noise and agree severity rules. Only then make gates blocking. Teams accept gates that are rarely wrong.

Remove standing secrets

Long-lived cloud keys in CI are one of the most common paths to a breach. Pipeline OIDC and short-lived workload identity remove the secret altogether.

Let evidence fall out of the process

If controls run automatically on every release, audit evidence is a by-product. That saves weeks of preparation and gives auditors something better than screenshots.
